We have a small(ish) 3 bed terraced house, we have access to back garden via alleyway, we also have a double driveway and not overlooked as we have a field behind our house.
We have been very happy here for 12 years and only want to move for a fresh start, we'd ideally want to goto St Albans or surrounding areas and as close to Smallford as possible, due to our daughter going to college there, although we also are considering Hemel Hempstead, Letchworth & Stevenage areas so we can be closer to family.
We are serious about moving and are not timewasters, so do only contact us if you are serious too. Our house doesnt unfortunately have a dining room so we would love a house with a dining room or kitchen/living room diner. Our neighbours are very nice both sides, we get along with them well. The street in itself is very quiet, we have had no problems here at all in all the time we have lived here. We are up Heronswood Rd/Sailsbury Rd end of Knella.


We ideally want a house thats bigger than what we have now, pref with a dining room and a driveway, as we have a double one already. We would like to move out of WGC for a fresh start and preferably as close to Oaklands college in Smallford, St Albans as possible.
